This is my thesis, and my non-illuminative illumination. Everything-- everything-- is really kind of ridiculous. I mean, sometimes it's funny and sometimes sad, but either way it's absurd.
Like, if you step back-- and you look at it with a certain slant-- everything I see or do-- every day-- is a bit off; like there's a play on and somewhere, somehow, someone's laughing.
We generally take the most minute things and blow them completely out of proportion. We talk about things seriously which are really completely irrelevant to anything and everything.
The only moments when I really feel alive is when I'm either creating or laughing-- somehow forgetting the gravity that life supposedly has-- or at least transfiguring it somehow.
Take this:
