Haha I think Aja soooort of explained the appeal to me *slightly* [above] by saying it's just like lj chat-threading except people don't have to refresh/follow specific posts? Uhhh but I almost never have conversations that lively on lj, either [with multiple people being interested]. It's like, really rare, and usually flusters me after maybe 40 minutes and I need to go lie down. :))
